Plating: This is the most comfortable sweater ever. The v-neck isn’t too low & I like that because it doesn’t open up if I bend over. It's such a great price. It sheds a little when you first wear it, but it goes away with the first couple of wears.
Katie: I love this sweater. It is super soft and extremely comfortable. I get compliments every time I wear it. I lally dry it at home instead of dry cleaning it like you normally would with soft sweaters. It runs a larger size, so you’ll be fine.
Twotogo: I had held off on ordering because I wasn't sure a cardigan could live up to the hype. But somehow, it does. It's as soft as possible, and the neck retains body warmth. As some of the other reviews stated, I haven't had any issues with shedding. I was hoping to buy a few more if it goes on sale!
BBGShopper: perfect, soft & cozy! I saw this on a style blogger's website and had to buy it. True to the description and a cheap find!
Hellofromsara: One of the best FP sweaters to date. Versatile enough to throw on with leggings, tennis shoes, work pants, and heels. It also works great with a baby bump!
m2b2: I bought this extremely lush, cozy, warm sweater as a gift for a friend and another for myself. My friend loves wearing it as much as I do! I also appreciate the great quality.
Kimmerly00: Bought as a Christmas gift, my review is crafted out of lust. It’s extremely soft and beautifully crafted, with the colors perfectly matching the stock photo. I had to wrap it quickly, fearing I would change my mind and keep it for myself.
Splinter 2: I was looking for a comfortable and nice-looking robe. I found it in this Dreams cardigan. It is soft, warm, and has nice-sized pockets. The hood provides warmth to my neck; This is nice enough to run errands.
Kristen261: I was lucky enough to get this on sale in the Carbon color. I live in this; it's so soft and comfortable. I highly recommend it! My measurements are 34C, 5'7", 130lbs, with small arms, and ordered size extra small/small.
Cotton sweaters are popular for their breathability, softness, and comfort.
Here are some cotton sweaters you can consider:
GAP women’s cotton pullover.
Nautica women’s cotton sweater.

Merino Wool Sweater: Merino wool is renowned for its softness and fine fibers. Merino wool sweaters are lightweight, breathable, and provide excellent insulation. They are ideal for layering or wearing on their own.
Aran Sweater: Aran sweaters originated in Ireland and are made from traditional wool. They are known for their intricate cable and diamond patterns, symbolizing various meanings. Aran sweaters are cozy, warm, and have a rustic charm.
Crmills: Love loves this top. I bought it as a flowy option after having a baby recently, but I will wear it beyond the post-baby months. It's comfy, comfy, the peek-a-boo back that people always compliment.
Monko: I bought this sweater in both colors and could not be happier. This sweater will look great with leggings or skinny jeans. I highly recommend this cozy and stylish sweater!!
CatalinaJoy: It has pockets I won't use (esp. Not for my cell phone), but I enjoy this sweater. It's long and compliments my long torso. I'm 5'4 and 155lb - true medium. I got this in small. The fabric seems like it will not pill easily - it's done well enduring my wrestling with my toddler's aI washable. I wish there were more colors.
LoveNavyBlue: I've been looking for a camel pocket tunic to pair with my black leggings and flats. It perfectly covers my butt. As reviews suggested, I purchased an S (usually an M), and I'm glad I did. The only drawback is that it arrived very wrinkled; I haven't pressed it yet.
RachelH9: I ordered this as my mom's early Christmas gift, and it feels like a dream!! It’s so soft and cozy. It’s comfortable and true to its size. I may have to borrow it from my mom or buy it myself!
Cheri68: This brand, Barefoot Dreams, was recommended to me by a fellow blogger. In the short time I’ve known about them, I have purchased two sweaters! This one is my favorite! I love the color (blue) & I love that it’s a duster. It is the softest material I’ve ever felt in a sweater! It’s like you’re wearing your favorite blanket! You can wear it with pj’s, to lounge in, or to wear out & about! Great purchase! You will not be disappointed! If you’re between sizes like me, you should size up.
AvidFashionFan: I am so pleased to finally purchase this incredibly soft and cozy cardigan. I purchased the ivory color, so I expect to be able to wear it quite a lot. It is very soft, and the fit was not outrageous, as I have found some Free People items. I appreciated that Nordstrom had this item on sale for a fair price, and I received my order very promptly. Order this sweater. You won't regret your purchase!
Bativus1: This sweater is ADORABLE! The color is light mint, and it is so soft. Because Free People always tends to run big, I purchased the XS/S size. It still is oversized, but in a good way. The sleeves were long, and the sweater's back covered about half my bum. For reference, I am 5'7 and a 36B. I recommend this sweater for the upcoming fall nights!!
